Arbitration Litigation

In sum, the arbitration process involves the initial filing of the claim, the answer to the claim along any counterclaims, the arbitrator selection process to determine the composition of the arbitration panel, the exchange of documents between the parties, and the final hearing.

Civil Litigation

Generally there are 2 types of litigation areas, to-wit: criminal and civil. Criminal litigation occurs when one is charged with a crime or offense by the state. Civil litigation is everything that is not criminal and involves all other disputes.
